A flame that only burns flesh is at the center of a century long conspiracy that an aging firefighter and young woman set out to uncover.

A dark entity made of fire, smoke, and ash--"The Fire Man"--blazes through a young girl's home, killing her entire family. Amy Durant swears she saw this supernatural creature, but no one ever believed her. Unfortunately, these past fears reignite a decade later as her city goes up in flames. With no one else to rely on, Amy is forced to battle both past trauma and the face of the inferno. Anthony Cleveland is a comic book writer and creator. Previous to Mad Cave Comics, he has self-published a one shot comic and several horror shorts.

Andrea Mutti began his career illustrating the superheroes comic 'DNAction' for Xenia Edizioni. He then illustrated horror comics for Fenix. He moved over to Star Comics, where he drew stories with 'Lazarus Ledd' and some episodes of 'Hammer'. Since then he's worked with DC/Vertigo, Marvel, Mad Cave Studios, and IDW.

Taylor Esposito is multi-award winning comic book lettering professional, owner of Ghost Glyph Studios, and teacher at the legendary Kubert School. A former staff letterer at DC and production artist at Marvel, he has lettered titles such as Red Hood and The Outlaws, Robin Lives!, and Harley Quinn The Eat KILL Bang Tour; Flash Gordon, Edenfrost (Mad Cave Studios), Exorsisters, Drawing Blood (Image); Babyteeth, Maniac of New York, Bunny Mask (Aftershock); No One Left to Fight and Survival Street (Dark Horse). Other publishers he has worked with include BOOM! Studios (Amory Wars, Fence) Dynamite (Elvira, Space Ghost, Jonny Quest, Green Hornet), and IDW (Brynmore).
